Privacy Policy

Local Friend collects only what we need to host you well: your reservation details from your booking platform, any feedback you choose to share, and, if you opt in, your email address for occasional booking offers.

Guest feedback

Feedback you submit is used to improve the stay and is shared only with the hosts. We never send your ratings or written comments to any email marketing provider.

Email signups

Joining our returning-guest list is entirely optional. We store your email address, the date you agreed, and the exact wording you agreed to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services required to run the site and send email.
